New Features

  • Load Balancer with Failover: Load balancing and automatic failover can now be enabled simultaneously.
  • Microsoft 365 management now possible without mandatory configuration of a Microsoft 365 service account.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, URL endpoint connection, Exchange session creation, authentication, and permissions for Entra ID application and service account from Directory/Application Settings.
  • Customizable default time periods for Helpdesk Audit Reports to align with organizational requirements.
  • "Select All" option added for custom attributes in Custom Reports.
  • "User must change password at next logon" field can now be configured for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace during single user creation.
  • Member details can now be viewed when selecting AD groups in Access Certification Campaigns.
  • OUs can now be specified when importing objects from CSV files or external data sources in automation.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed security vulnerability (CVE-2025-24813) in Tomcat by upgrading to latest version.
  • Exchange attributes such as HideFromExchangeAddressList, AcceptMessagesFrom, and RejectMessagesFrom are now correctly updated when using User Modification Templates.
  • Fixed issue preventing Rapid7 integration settings from being saved when GDPR or HIPAA compliance was enabled.
  • Removed duplicate entries in the Members column of the All Users report.
  • Technician macro in orchestration templates now resolves correctly instead of always displaying as Admin.
  • Fixed issue where separate email notifications were sent for each task in automation policies during workflow execution.
  • Fixed issue where modifying group attributes for computers via CSV under Bulk Computer Modification failed for subsequent objects after an error with the first object.
  • Deleted managers no longer appear in the Manager column of reports.
  • Orchestration now triggers for all remaining objects after a failure during bulk user creation.
  • Inbound trust domains can now be selected in the Target Domain dropdown during migration.
  • Fixed issue preventing configuration of the desired time period in reports used as a datasource in automation.
  • Fixed "Unable to connect with Active Directory Server" error during management tasks from ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Macros in automation failure notifications are now correctly resolved.
  • Fixed issue with exporting reports in XLSX format when password protection was enabled.
  • Fixed issue during user creation where the ManagerName macro did not resolve, and other macros were duplicated in the notification template.
  • Decision block in orchestration templates to check group membership now executes correctly.
  • External email addresses column now displays data in custom reports.

Enhancements:

  • Managers as Reviewers and Approvers:
    • INGOS Active Directory Manager now allows managers to be automatically set as reviewers and approvers for workflow requests, streamlining the process with a single configuration.
  • Security Reports:
    • Security reports now include built-in options to group data by objects or permissions.
  • AD Explorer:
    • The "Delegated Permissions" tab displays a user's direct, inherited, and delegated AD security permissions on AD objects.
    • DFS permissions can now be viewed in the "File System Permissions" tab.
  • Workflow Module:
    • Managers can now be added via macros as recipients in the "Send Notification to" field.
    • A new attachment type has been introduced in notification templates.
    • The orchestration template now allows time delays between consecutive actions in seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
  • Google Workspace:
    • Added support for additional fields in user creation, such as Mobile, Title, Department, Employee Type, Recovery Email, and Recovery Phone.
  • User Creation Templates:
    • A new "Empty" option was added to the email field, allowing it to remain blank in case of duplicates.
  • Microsoft 365 User Logon Reports:
    • Option to exclude active AD users from the "Inactive Users" report.
    • Ability to include AD attribute columns in the "Users Last Logon" and "Inactive Users" reports.

Fixed:

  • Exported Files:
    • XLSX files were corrupted due to cell style count limitations.
    • Date fields in XLSX exports were formatted as text instead of dates.
  • Automation Macros:
    • Resolved issues with the accountExpires macro in automation notifications.
    • Fixed issues where Microsoft 365 attribute macros failed in automation and workflow notifications.
    • Addressed problems with the %ManagerOfRequester% macro failing to assign requests to managers.
  • Workflow and Automation:
    • Fixed issues with "Mailbox Auto Reply" actions failing in workflows.
    • Resolved an issue where manager names appeared multiple times in notifications, separated by commas.
    • Microsoft 365 actions triggered by event-driven automation failed due to session limits in Exchange Online PowerShell.
